ANKENY, July 21-- A fundraiser is scheduled for tonight to help cover the costs of a unique treatment for an Ankeny boy with a crippling disease. Nine-year-old Conner Stifel was born with cerebral palsy. The disease primarily limits the use of his legs and is a condition that cannot be cured.
